The AA garage door successfully installed my door today as scheduled. They notified me via message about their arrival time. The technician was courteous and kind. I am pleased with the new door's smooth operation. Overall, everything is functioning smoothly, and I appreciate the great service provided by Devan.

Had AA Garage Door out to my house a couple of weeks ago to install a new garage door opener. While I contacted a few companies, I liked that AA was super responsive, very informative, and transparent about their pricing. Ultimately, we opted to buy an opener from Home Depot and had AA do the install which worked out great. AA was easy to coordinate, arrived very timely, and did a nice job installing the new opener & keypad. Best of all, they didn't try to upsell me any additional services while they were over, the flat price I was quoted, was indeed what I ended up paying in the end.

I cannot recommend AA garage door enough. Pricing with straightforward in a front as well as competitive. Both technicians were very friendly and courteous as well as informative. At no point did somebody try to sale something that was not needed. Lastly, the job was done quickly and exceeded my expectations. The next day I had recommended AA garage door to my son-in-law

I would definitely use AA for my garage door again. This was my first time getting garage repair so I didn't know what to expect. We had a super nice guy named Conner out. I called Wednesday night, had the quote Thursday morning and got the new opener installed Friday. I needed a new motor. I was especially impressed by Conner guiding me through buying a new opener myself as compared to buying from AA, which saved me about $600. He made sure to explain what was needed and things to look out for at the store. Installation was quick, everything was tidy, and Conner even obliged me in some small talk about our vehicles and the garage door business without any visible pain. I tend to talk too much so I especially appreciate when people have a little time for me. Since I bought the opener myself, installation was only $250. It took him a couple hours to do what would have taken me a day, so I consider that a great deal. I was especially impressed that he took all of the trash from the new motor packaging with him, even though I had bought it myself. One minor improvement I would suggest - the scheduler phone call could have gone a little better. I think I called the Minneapolis office? It was a young guy and he didn't really have the marks of a good receptionist. Perhaps I'm old fashioned but the call was just awkward, he didn't relay back any of my personal information or acknowledge that he was hearing me like most receptionists do. He got my last name spelled wrong which is no big deal, but just kind of confirmed that he was indeed not listening very well. For future customers - if you have the same experience, don't let it deter you as the fair pricing and excellent in person experience outweighs the initial impression.
